Bizlinka's escrow system holds your payment securely until you confirm receipt of your product or service. If something goes wrong, our dispute resolution team steps in to protect your funds. Never pay outside the Bizlinka platform.

Verified Businesses

Look for the verified badge when browsing businesses. Verified sellers have undergone our identity and quality checks. While we vet every business that applies, always review ratings and feedback from other buyers before making a purchase.

Reporting Issues

If you encounter suspicious activity, counterfeit products, or inappropriate content, use the report feature on any listing or profile. Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours. You can also email us at safety@bizlinka.ng for urgent concerns.

Account Security

Protect your account with a strong, unique password. Never share your login credentials or verification codes with anyone. Bizlinka will never ask for your password via email or phone. Enable notifications to stay informed about account activity.
