Depending on how you use Bizlinka, we may collect:

• Account data: name, email, phone number, password (stored securely), profile photo, and preferences
• Business data: business name, description, location, categories, verification documents you submit, and listing content (products, services, events)
• Transaction data: orders, cart contents, payment references, escrow status, tickets purchased, and messages related to purchases

• Communications: support requests, reports, reviews, posts, and direct messages sent through the platform

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it where reasonably possible.

Bizlinka is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

Our primary operations and storage are oriented toward serving users in Nigeria. Some service providers may process data in other countries. Where that occurs, we take steps designed to protect your information in line with this policy.
